“We Practice What We Teach!”

Dr. Jesse Jai McNeil, Founder
Our History
The McNeil Educational Foundation is a long time dream of the McNeil family, who are educators. It was spawned almost 50 years ago when Jesse Jai McNeil, Sr. began planning for a school as a training and development institute on the continent of Africa. Moreover, he and his wife, Pearl, over 70 years ago, began to develop local church leaders from the ranks of a depressed, downtrodden, and disenfranchised society of African-American church people. They were so successful at these pursuits that many such students and parishioners have achieved great stature for themselves, in their local communities, in national and international contexts. We recognized that it is the grace of our Creator through Christ Jesus that allows insight and foresight to grow from idea to a reality.
Our Mission
“Empowering Equity and Excellence for All!” Equity: the competent representation of justice for ethnic, gender, cultural and social class groups within the learning community. Such representation must be accomplished well enough that these groups genuinely are heard, understood, and fully participate in the educational process
